As part of the concert series of the Hanover Music School "Classical Music and Jazz". 24 November 2016 at 7:30 pm at the New Hanover Town Hall in the Mosaic Hall On this evening, the music ensemble Ensemble Megaphon takes the concert-goers into the world of the ancient music history of the Orient with love ballads. You will hear heartrendingly beautiful, traditional folk songs about love, joy and sorrow performed in different languages. The highlight of the evening is a well-known love song from the Orient -Sari Gelin tells a Romeo and Juliet story about the love of a Christian for a Muslim woman. This is sung in a masterful interpretation and accompanied on bouzuki by Ibrahim Keivo, who is a celebrated star both in his home country and in Europe. Your Ensemble Megaphon |
