Dear friends of our ensemble,
If you tell a lie once, you'll believe it again?
This feeling has been creeping up on us in recent years, ever since polemics, conspiracy myths and populism have filled and in some cases dominated all channels of communication, from Trumpism to lateral thinking.
With PINOCCHIO FAKE NEWS we want to deal with the increasingly contested question of "lies and truth", based on the symbolism of the long lying nose of the wooden figure Pinocchio. In this music-theatrical production for adults and young people, we play and experiment with fake news and its effects.
Before we embark on new fake trails and tall tales, we will travel, as part of the German-Turkish Culture Days, on three evenings to Winter travel and we look forward to experiencing together with you and yours.
